Diversified Construction was terrific for our restaurant project in Rochester, MN. John Sklarski was our project manager and kept the project moving along through some existing conditions challenges and the strict municipal regulatory process. We are happy with the final result and would use Diversified Construction again for future projects.

Dylan, JC and team did an absolutely phenomenal job on our Anytime Fitness transformation. They weren't the cheapest bid I received, but from our first meeting I could tell they were organized and would get the job done well and on time. Would definitely use them again for our next project
