I've used Craig twice for carpet cleaning, once just for a move in on an already cleaned floor when I wanted certainty it was freshly cleaned, and again for move out. At move out we had a very stubborn coffee stain and Craig did a fantastic job working to remove it. He used his industry resources to figure out a solution and treated it at least three times with at least two other visits to check on progress. Craig and his team were great, showed up right on time and did a quick but very thorough job. My carpets look and smell super fresh again. Very professional customer service and will absolutely be booking with them again next time.
