Timely, conscientious, quality service ... This is the second time the Diversified Carpet Cleaning team has cleaned carpets for me. The first time was to clean a gift carpet for me. The previous owners had dogs. The carpet was a room-sized sculpted carpet. This time Diversified returned a dingy greyed shag rug back to its bright white fluffy best. We have 2 dogs and a 7 year old area rug that we thought would need to be replaced. We have heard good things about Diversified, and thought we would give them a try. Other low priced high volume companies told us that our rug had traffic patterns that couldn’t be thoroughly cleaned. Diversified took our rug back to theIr office and made it look like new! I will never use another carpet cleaning company. Diversified saved us from having to replace our rug. They are the best! Friendly too!
I called Diversified after another business failed to get carpets clean. I was very happy with the results and will be calling them again when we need the service.
