We chose to replace our asbestos roof with metal, they helped with style and color. The work crew showed up on time and worked into the late day, they are very professional and left the property completely clean every day. We are so very happy with the finished job and highly recommend Diversified Building and Development and our neighbors are requesting their contact number.
These guys remodeled the better part of my home and fixed my roof. They very timely and professional outfit, highly recommend!
We would not recommend this contractor. Roofing job completed less than 1 yr ago and when we went to sell the property there were several problems with the roof. It appears the quality of workmanship was poor (broken, cracked shingles, exposed nails, and something with an area where mastic was used inappropriately per a home inspector) and needed correction under the warranty.
