I completely understand that if you cannot pay a bill on time you should not be able to complain about a company "immaturely" bc it was irresponsible of someone not to pay a bill. Professional and Pleasant to work with I had an old bill I didn't know about until they called me and I kept forgetting to pay it but I also was trying to buy a house and my credit bureau showed it. They went to great efforts to help me get it paid in time and proof to my lender so I could get my house.
Collectors have a job and if they get paperwork stating someone owes money well guess what? On the other hand if someone has issues with paying bills and allows it to get to a point where it goes to a collection agency, that is not good for no one. And yes it affects your credit score. Diversified will lie to receive payments on your recievables. They tell your customers that they can remove everything from their credit report even though it is already on the credit report for being sent to a collection agency. In addition they will inform your clients that they cannot pay the bill through your company only through them so that they can receive payment.
