We had a burst pipe that was hidden. All we knew was our water meter continuously ticked over and we kept on hearing water drain into our stormwater drain. Mat reached out when I posted on our community page and helped us troubleshoot late on Saturday evening. We eliminated several causes and when the source of the leak was uncovered, Mat was able to come by on Monday to assess the situation. I was in big trouble on a Friday night with a broken mains tap out on the street leaking water all of a sudden, Mat arrived in 15 minuets, got everything sorted for me, as well as helping me with some other plumbing parts that I was working on in the home (as bunnings had no stock of anything I needed) no problems at all. Very much appreciated, don't know what the outcome would have been without Mat's help, got everything sorted in one visit after hours. A great asset having a direct line to Mat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
