Cancellation less than 24 hours away, this company is unreliable, don't rent with them if you're not local. Jill is particularly unprofessional and rude. She hung up the phone before the end of our conversation.
So bad services i don't recommend renting anything from this company, we had our reservation for more than 2 months, we came from verry far away took a plane, booked an hotel right next to this company for our boat trip and our reservation got canceled with less than 12 hour notice. The person named Jill did not even try to help us out and only said that it was not her problem. Great experience! When the boat we rented was damaged the day before Jill took the time to ensure we were taken care of in another boat. Jill and her staff were both responsive to ensure that we were comfortable with locations to visit, boat operations and docking.
Was ok. The captain and his aid were not friendly
The experience was excellent and seamless. Online booking was straightforward. Everyone at Diverse was amazing to deal with. I will be recommending them to friends and family.
