All around bad experience with diverse air. I paid $900 for an HVAC board and controller, plus $300+ for labour, only for the part to fail again 3 months later. When the guy came to look at it he said he'd order the part in in about a month. I wait 2 months and nothing. So then I call only to find out he didn't order anything. A month later someone finally comes to repair it. Flash forward almost a year later and the part fails again. My neighbor has the same issue and gets it repaired by another company for $270 all in.

Honestly one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. Diverse Air Systems was assigned by my condo to fix the AC in my apartment. They came once in April, but just two months later the AC broke down again, so clearly the problem wasn’t properly fixed. I emailed them and got no response. Excellent communication and customer service were provided by Charlene. She was prompt and courteous in her responses to all the emails we submitted. Adam was very professional in repairing and installing the unit. He also communicated the issue effectively with me. I highly recommend Diverse Air Systems.

Excellent service from Charlene's booking to Akshay's servicing, I cannot recommend Diverse enough. I've had 2 issues with my condo hvac unit- Akshay was very knowledgable and friendly and explain both issues to me with ease.
