I hired Diverse Air for HVAC repairs in my condo unit, and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. Initially, I was informed that a technician would call 30 minutes before arriving to inspect the HVAC unit, but that call never came. Really thankful for Charlene’s coordination. They were very honest, responsible, patient, and had very reasonable pricing. The first time they went, they did not have all the parts needed. When they went back the second time, they did not charge extra which was very kind. We are publishing this review after 2 weeks as we wanted to see if the AC was fully fixed.
Demari is exceptional. Great service, very helpful.
Integrity is apart of their services. I had an issue and had a representative sent to my unit, but when they discovered there was additional issues, they sent someone out for free as they promised to complete the job they promised, and they kept their promise. I will be using their services again in the future.
