Diverse is a very quality conscientious company that produces high quality homes. Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure that all of their customers are satisfied. Diverse has always prided itself on going the extra mile.
What can I say about Diverse Properties, Absolute Garbage. They buy the cheapest material, hire the cheapest trades to install it, charge you at or just above market rate, say they back their product but at the 1 year mark give you a lipstick fix and wash their hands of it. My wife and I bought one of the roof top row homes 1 year and 9 months ago. Our floors need to be replaced already.
