Very disappointing experience with this vendor. The contract was sold based on the energy savings and rebate that we could receive. If you go to the company web site it is all about the energy savings. The company salesman was also very aggressive, and omitted or didn't provide full disclosure on all the steps involved in getting our refund. We made a mistake in the process which we disclosed immediately (as honesty and integrity are cornerstones of our company), and based on that we were disqualified from our rebate. Once t... read more
