Upon entering the shop I was made to feel welcome. The professional staff made us comfortable, offered coffee, etc. while waiting out a rain delay. Once on the boat we received a thorough briefing on the boat and dive profile. Divers received any assistance with gear and preparing to enter the water. Unlike another local dive shop, the divemaster was in the water monitoring the divers under his charge. Great bunch of guys unless you snorkel. Just kidding...like they do when you walk in and say "I snorkel". Tremendous, zero pressure (dive joke), helped my wife pick the perfect mask. Great guys, good snorkeling tips, great experience.
