Always greeted and treated very well
The new building is bright and very pleasant. The hygienist and receptionists were all cheerful and friendly. They understood that I needed calmness and quiet to get through a normally scary experience for me. This time was so relaxing and calm. Thank you! I will be back for my next cleaning!
We have been patients of Diver Lake Dental for probably 8-10 years or so… I came to them as a nervous adult with some fear and anxiety from dental work as a child. Diver Lake has helped those fears entirely disappear. Our 3 kids are also happy, and totally content when heading into appointments. Always a 10/10!! The staff are so incredibly personable, gentle, kind…everything you could hope in a dental office. Thanks guys <3

Best dental clinic in Nanaimo! Love the staff - they’re all very friendly and fun! The new building is beautiful and very well-equipped from the looks of it. The dental work I’ve had done is top quality.
