No kayaks to rent... poor communication about not having kayaks. Loved this place at one time but after the last two times of trying to go there they have been poor experiences.
Business response:
Due to covid shutdowns and kayak companies going out of business there is a huge shortage of kayaks this year. We only have a small fraction of what we had in the past for rentals, thus only renting on first come basis. Sorry no reservations.

Beyond pleased and happy purchasing our kayaks at Divepoint. Shane was exceptional with getting us all situated.
I buy a limited supply of climbing gear from divepoint. At first they were friendly and more than willing to help. The last 3 times I have either been there or called I was frustrated with poor service. Today was the last straw. I will order on line from other sources from now on. There are a lot of on-line businesses that offer great service and in most cases you can get fast and free shipping. Good bye Divepoint!

Let me start with WOW! That would be the description of the service you get at Divepoint. I called Bob a month ago about a kayak and placed a follow up call to him last Thursday 9/7. Each time I called I got a confident and competent person that not just answered the phone but answered all my questions.
