Brayden met me at my mother's residence in Oxnard on the very day I reached out for service. He was amiable and well-versed in the field. Dive in Restoration tackled the project promptly, drying up the water and packing away belongings to minimize the damage caused by the water heater leak. dive in restoration's response was swift, with tracy and brayden along with their equipment arriving at my oxnard location in under an hour. they gave a detailed overview of the water damage, the cleanup method, the drying process and how it's measured. they also offered a precise project timeframe and ensured debris and equipment removal was done neatly, strictly adhering to house rules. highly recommended!
