I had worked for Divcon for 2 years and a half. In my honest opinion as a previous employee, without being biased, Divcon has strong values and a positive workplace culture. Also, they have good benefits, and they focus on investing in training their employees and offer free classes with different topics such as reading the blueprints, safety, and communication.
