I came here and paid $400 for small box braids my hair was short so I few of them came out I texted the owner to tell her she told me come in the next day I was very transparent with her she said come in please they’ll fix it next day I traveled all the way from jersey in the cold weather. THEEE BEST BRAIDING SHOP. I can to diva’s a few months and and these were by far the best boho knotless i’ve gotten. I asked for small and full braids and that’s what I got. I was there for almost 12 hours which was the downside but it was also a busy day for them. They are a little pricy but it’s definitely worth it.

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews because I’ve always had a good experience here! It can take a while because the shop is usually crowded, but it’s definitely reasonably priced for good quality braids in NYC. I’ve been coming here for the last year and they always get me right. The braiders are very kind, you just have to communicate and speak up about what styles/colors you want. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Had a terrible experience both times I came here. The first time, the braider did not want to braid the ends and I had to go back and forth and remain put in the chair for her to finish the unraveled ends. The second time, I asked for large knotless and she proceed to do medium box braids because of how much hair she put. Had to argue back and forth and plead with other braiders to fix my hair because I did not pay $200 for knotless only to leave with box looking braids.
