Not sure where "Queen" has gone,.. but customer service has definitely gone downhill in her absence. Customers spending their money should not have to rummage through disorganized hair, stacked on the floor to locate items. Then, when you ask for assistance, you end up waiting forever, because the staff is short handed and/or not knowledgeable of a available inventory.
