I would rate this product 1 star. It had terrible hold so my hair didn't stay styled at all. After just one use, tried to return it to the beauty supply store where I bought it for around $15, but they refused to take it back, saying it had been over 30 days and offered no credit. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and poor service
The workers are always very polite & helpful.
