I went in to get an acrylic fill, and received filing on my cuticles, gel nail polish on my cuticles, and the previous neon orange color on my white nails. My nails were chunky and lumpy, it feels like having dirt under my nails, and after messaging the nail tech she agreed, but because I didn’t say it in the moment and I texted her after she refused to give me a refund, and the only option she offered was for her to try again.
