Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked and paid for a standard-size SUV, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they had downgraded me to a compact SUV without any notice or explanation. If they had told me in advance, I would have canceled and booked with another company — but since it was last minute, I had no choice but to take the smaller car for the one day I needed it.
