Very disappointing experience. We initially tried calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. When we stopped by, the restaurant was nearly empty, and we were encouraged to come in despite being told a large party would be arriving shortly. Once the event started, it became clear the restaurant wasn't prepared. There were only two people serving the entire restaurant (including the bartender), trying to manage a 50+ person party as well as regular diners. The service was really poor. We had to request everything, and ended up waiting a lot. They seemed unprepared for customers. In the end, their attitude for asking Tip was very rude, making us all uncomfortable. I genuinely feel for staff they were clearly overwhelmed. To end the night, we were questioned about why we hadn't left a tip, which felt completely inappropriate given the experience.
