made an appointment but when i showed up, no one opened the door or picked up my calls/texts so i was waiting in the cold for 15 minutes before ultimately heading back home. didnt hear back from them.

Came here for the first time to get botox. It's such a comfortable environment to be in that I didn't feel nervous. The ladies there are very sweet and kind. They talked me through the process of what I can expect during the treatment and the effects. They allowed me to come back for a touch up where the botox didn't stay as well as other areas, which they said would happen when I first got it and there was no charge for the touch up. Will definitely be going there from now on
