I got a pair of steel toe shoes off the shoe mobile at work. Turned out they were too big for me so I tried to take them to Dival on Ontario and was told I couldn't swap them out for another size nor could I exchange for a different pair althogether. I was told since I got them off the shoe mobile I had to do the exchange with the shoe mobile, which might I add is not coming to my job until next year, nor were they at Dival when I was returning the shoes.
