Went in for a 2 inch cut and got 7 inches taken off with the excuse given being “that’s how layers work.” Just to be clear, the longest part of my hair is now 7 inches shorter than what it was supposed to be….
Kenndyl did an amazing job on my haircut. She’s skilled, detail-oriented, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The result turned out exactly how I wanted. Will definitely be back!
I highly recommend Natalie at the Mount Royal salon. I have been going to her for years, and she never lets me down. She listens to what I want and is always conservative in how much hair she cuts. I have naturally curly hair, so this is a constant concern. Natalie is very knowledgeable and is always able to answer questions I have about colours and treatments. She has an engaging personality and never pressures me to buy anything. I always look forward to my hair appointments with her.
From the moment I walked in it smelled amazing and you had great seats and offered refreshments and hung up our coats. It really made me feel special. From the head wash to the cut it was awesome and during the cut you educated me on my hair and talked to me the entire time not only was it the best hair cut it was the best experience I have ever had i will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 Kason
