I had an appointment scheduled for December 16th at 6:00 PM and arrived early at 5:45 PM, only to find the shop closed. I later saw an email showing my appointment was canceled about four hours prior, but I did not receive any phone call, text, or voicemail. After I reached out by email, I was told the cancellation was due to booking the wrong service, yet the only color options available online were Color Consultation, Demi-Permanent Color, and Color Per Bundle. Service was booked this morning for today 7/20/2025. Stylist braided 3 feed in braids as requested. Stylist was asked to make sure a spot was covered with braiding. The 3 braids were too tight she braided hair in the front that should've been left out. Parts were not straight, area not covered as requested, braiding looks very unprofessional, unpolished and rushed. Stylist offered dirty mirror to review hair. This was my first time going to the salon. I found on Instagram. First red flag, came through the door , salon workers just stared at me instead of greeting. I said good morning first and got the driest good morning in response. My first thought was Okay, not friendly or hospitable as long as the service is good. I came for a sow in with a lace closure. Hairstylist Did not try to pluck, bleach, or customize the unit. Very rough blow drying my hair out. Just really slapped some spritz on my head (didn’t let it dry or melt) an... read more
