Let me start by saying that my two children as well as myself have frequented this establishment with only one incident that was rectified. I had an appointment scheduled for December 16th at 6:00 PM and arrived early at 5:45 PM, only to find the shop closed. I later saw an email showing my appointment was canceled about four hours prior, but I did not receive any phone call, text, or voicemail. After I reached out by email, I was told the cancellation was due to booking the wrong service, yet the only color options available online were Color Consultation, Demi-Permanent Color, and Color Per Bundle. Service was booked this morning for today 7/20/2025. Stylist braided 3 feed in braids as requested. Stylist was asked to make sure a spot was covered with braiding. The 3 braids were too tight she braided hair in the front that should've been left out. Parts were not straight, area not covered as requested, braiding looks very unprofessional, unpolished and rushed. Stylist offered dirty mirror to review hair.
