I had a great experience here. I came today for the first time as a walk in appointment and Mimi did my nails and eyebrows. She did a great job for both services! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did the exact thing I showed her. She also helped me find a color that I described right away (a brownish red). Will be coming back again. Been going for over 4 years consistently, never disappointed. Took me a long time to find a salon I loved. New reno is lovely and new massage chairs are worth an extra long soak!
Walked in and got Christine who looked after me right away! Shellac pedi and take off of full set with a new oval shaped set back on! Think I have found my place. Everyone smiles here and is friendly and professional! Nicely equipped salon. Clean! For the girlies!!!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had an appointment today at 4:20 p.m. I booked it yesterday, and the Asian gentleman I spoke with told me that Ruby would see me today. My daughter and I arrived on time, but when we got there, I was very disappointed. He had double-booked my appointment, and Ruby was already with another client.
