This place should be shut down. I can't believe I didn't read the reviews before going here! I've been twice, they NEVER let your feet soften up in the water before working on them and the water was almost cold! I have had pain with in-growns ever since! It is almost unbearable! I guess they stay open with the unsuspecting new customers. Also, got gel the second time, it peeled right off in a week. Absolutely can't stand places that aren't up front with you on pricing either.

For 3 months I have been going in for a simple gel polish change. They have been overcharging me $20 + tip. It's $30 but I'm always charged $50. No manicure, just polish. When I brought it to their attention, they argued and said I'm wrong! I have the bank statements! Instead of making it right, they feigned ignorance. I will never go back! If your reading this, shop around, $20-30 is normal.
