I love this salon so much!! I go every three weeks like clock work. So much friendly banter and my nails are always fire. Best customer service!!!!

After moving to the area almost two years ago from a small town I had found Diva Nails after attending multiple different nail salons (others that were much less clean, had less friendly staff, poorer quality, as well as had numerous staff working on my nails in one session). I love the product, stays on for a very long time but absolutely poor service. I was shamed almost every time I went in. I couldn’t go in for a month because you know life gets in the way and the woman doing my nails scolded me 4 times. I was already on the fence about going back and I booked an appointment well in advance for Christmas.
