I was a regular customer until recently. Diva Nail has bad business policies that are excuses to pick a customers pocket. Can't support that kind of business. You did not explain until I was paying. It did not take any more time to remove the other shellac. It's just an excuse to rob your customers.

I've been coming to Diva Nails for almost 10 years now, since before they moved to their new location. I have tried other nails salons in London and was never satisfied, however, with Tammy and her staff, I'm never disappointed with the outcome of my nails. The space is clean, staff is friendly, and my pedi/mani are well worth the value. I always get compliments after getting my nails done here and couldn't recommend them enough! <3
