Rose did my toes using the same towel the whole time so my feet were wet and pruned by the end of my pedicure. My “deluxe” pedicure - scrub, massage, etc was rushed. Old cuticle/kit that was pulled out of her drawer and sprayed was used on my hands. Anywhere else you go they use a new one from a fresh pack. Due to this my cuticles were botched. My nails were really long. I told her exactly what length I wanted them and now they are way too short because she aggressively filed them down, after cutting. I also like my nails to be rounded and told her 3x. She told me she would do after the polish. They are still not rounded nails, they are square. Additionally, the gel polish is lumpy so now I have to find someone else to fix them. They look like I did them. Second time I’ve been there, I won’t be back.
