I made an appointment with Queenie but she called in sick. I was desperate because my daughter’s bridal shower was the next day. I told them I do designs and they would put me with someone who is really good. I didn’t get any of the designs I asked for. My cuticles were cut way too short and caused bleeding on my fingers and toes. My toe nails were cut so short that it hurts to wear shoes. I am VERY disappointed. I don’t think I will go back. Too expensive and too painful. I am sad because I was SO impressed the first time.
