They are super sweet and it's a great environment!
I had an appointment scheduled, but my pedicure still took 1 hour and 40 minutes—and it was just a simple white polish. That alone was frustrating, but what made it worse is that the final result didn’t match the time spent. The polish application was uneven and not very cleanly done, especially on the big toes. On top of that, the salon itself wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty and there was noticeable dust behind the massage chairs, which made the overall experience feel unhygienic.
