Waited 1.5 hour I have been here only a few times the owner is very rude and the prices are crazy but I couldn't find a nice suit for my 2 month old son so I know they would have what I need. I went there on a Saturday night with my 3 kids and there was a sign up that they would return in 15 min. I waited thinking ok 15 not bad. Well I waited for an hour and a half. And I don't know how long before I got there they were gone. I will NEVER go back. I will go 3 towns over to a store that will have what I'm looking for.
Poor investment of your hard earned money... The owner is extrememly rude and the store is terribly unorganized. Her customer service skills are severly lacking and it amazes me that the store is still open. I will never buy anything from her and I encourage others to do the same. Also, the quality of her products is below par and really makes the entire shopping experience with her an awful one.

Don't ever buy anything from this store! I purchased a name bracelet for a new baby and was told that it would take 3 weeks for the bracelet to come in. The bracelet came in 3 months later! No apologies were given and the customer service was awful. I've gone into this store many times and have made some purchases. The staff (mostly the owner) is incredibly rude and never greets anyone with a hello or asks if she can be of assistance. dress This store is very expensive. I purchased a dress for a wedding and before the wedding started the dress was tearing apart. Not quality material are used for the dresses in this store. They only look nice. I will not shop there again. Diva Kids, milford Mall. CT Customer
It costs a fortune but it is so cute! If you love to spoil your kids you have got to shop here. They have the most adorable and unique clothing and accessory items for kids. They are in the Post mall in a new larger location. The owner runs the store and is very nice. It's not often you find a privately owned boutique store in the mall but thats what this is and it's fabulous!
