Customer service is amazing!
The customer service I experienced was HORRIBLE!!! Today I went into this store to purchase braiding hair. As I walked in the woman working was standing at the counter and looked at me but said nothing. No hi or welcome in. I ignored that and proceeded to select the items I needed. As I go to far left to the braiding hair, I select 4 packs of 72” X-pression hair. The sign that went with the hair said it was $7.99. I took the hair to the counter and asked the woman if the price was in fact $7.99 as it stated on the price show... read more
I wanted to make myself some hair extensions and the worker today was so rude and unhelpful. I had simple questions about where to find things in the store and she was being lazy and rude, not wanting to help me. If you don’t want to help paying customers locate items you need to find a new job! I’ll take my money and business elsewhere. This isn’t the only beauty supply store in Fredericksburg.
