I had a 7am appointment, came 10 mins early and waited in my car for a total of 45 minutes...no one came. I call several timea with no a answer. I made this appointment on line and called the day before to confirm. My disappointment is that this place was recommended on social media by a respected influencer...As a black owned business owner myself, I really didnt want to write this but we need to do better. I woke up at 5:30am to make sure I got there on time. not cool.

She's a great braider, worked very quickly and I was satisfied with the result. However, was super late for customers who were there.

She braids both my children's hair. She's very patient with them.I know and understand now a two hour appointment, can turn into a four hour appointment. I just pack extra food! Her styles' are amazing!!!

I made a 9am appointment weeks ago for braids. I was contacted to come at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:30am. When I arrived the shop was closed. I paid an Uber to get there and 35 mins later Ubered back home. As no one had arrived.
