Service was good. BUT not kid friendly.The hair stylist wasn’t a fan of my 2 year old being there which is understandable since kids get into everything. I wish she had a better approach when speaking to kids. This is very important since my kids come everywhere with me. So finding a place where kids are able to come is very important.
Monica is one of the best to ever do it .She is heaven sent.She includes me in her what she is doing to my hair she recommends products that are amazing and she tells you how to take care of your hair.She is very informative and I trust her opinion her decisions and do what she says when it comes to my hair because she is the expert. I thank her what what she does and am grateful for who she is .
During my recent visit at Diva Designs salon, I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Monica is amazing! She is welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Monica is an exceptional stylist and took the time to understand my preferences, resulting in a fabulous hairdo that exceeded my expectations. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, pleasant, professional, clean and I left feeling rejuvenated and extremely satisfied with my look.
I had such an amazing experience at this salon! First of all, this is a Black-owned business, and Monica is truly doing her thing!!! I’ve been trying to achieve a specific hair color for at least 15 years. I’ve had some great stylists over the years, but this specific color was always a miss, until now. Monica is great!!!! I got a hair extension service and it came out amazing! She took her time and made me feel very comfortable! The salon is very warm and inviting. I love my new look! I will be back regularly!! Thank you Monica! :)
