Went to go get my hair done, I wanted a touchup for my blonde hair. The blonde looked nothing like what I described or showed pictures of what I wanted, it looked straight yellow. So disappointed.
Really disappointed in my experience yesterday. Took the kids here previously to get their hair cuts and never had an issue. But yesterday I came in and was so thankful they squeezed me in for what I thought would be a quick trim and layer showed inspiration photos of exactly what I wanted.. and hour and and a half later I walked out with not even close to what I wanted my hair extremely thin at the bottom likeim talking extremely thin layer in the back of my head and straight layers not blended at all. Went there for the first time today. I will definitely be back. Everyone was so nice and my hair feels better then it has in years.
