I always look to reviews when I'm visiting cities. Today I had the BEST facial that I've had in YEARS! And I get them ALOT. I've paid $150-300+. I paid $105 today for an hour and 15 min facial. But it wasn't JUST a facial. She massaged my head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, thighs, calves and feet. She used pressure points (or maybe even my chakras lol). I never wanted the appt to end! I’ve been coming here for my Brazilian waxing for many years (2-3years) and I always enjoyed coming here but today I came for my appointment and I left very disappointed. I’m not sure if it was a new lady but the appointment was very painful, she double dipped the waxing stick multiple times, left several areas with hair, and instead of turning the waxing temperature down when I informed her it was hot she blew on the wax to cool it down before placing it on my skin which I don’t think is very sanitary.
