Just got my eyebrows done here. I am a regular customer and my usual eyebrow lady wasn’t in today. The girl who did my eyebrows gave poor customer service. I waited 20 minutes, once it was my turn she did my eyebrows in less than a minute. The other customers she took her time with. I asked for my eyebrows to be arched and she did them straight across. I have an important conference this week and now my eyebrow look terrible. I’m extremely disappointed
Absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for years, I am a regular customer for eyebrows threading but I've also had keratin lash lift. Staff are so kind and good at what they do. Very reasonable pricing.
I've come to Diva for many years now and have bought my mum, my sisters, friends and daughter. The space is light & airy. It has a peaceful feel and the staff always act respectfully and work efficiently. If you like a quieter experience and don't expect a lot of conversation, this is a great place.
