This is my favorite beauty supply in Burlington
I called to ask about product availability, and the first employee was polite. After being passed around, the communication became unclear. A male employee simply said “yes,” but when I asked if he knew what I was asking about, he didn’t answer and instead said, “What are you asking for?” in a dismissive tone. Customer service and clear communication matter. They lost my business because of how the call was handled. Please practice learning how to talk to people properly, especially if you want their money.
Kayla is so nice & helpful & she always speaks/acknowledges customers that come in Keep up the good customer service boo I came back today because I came yesterday & got a few hair products but one of the edge controls I purchased doesn’t work well for my hair & so I had asked what was her name. Also, the other lady is friendly as well but I’m not sure of her name.
