I really wanted a certain wig but I needed to see how it looks on me first and guess what ? You can’t try the wigs on there , So I didn’t get it ! If I can’t try on the wig I might as well order a wig online which I hate .They are really nice people but come on you have competition across the street that just opened up who have a bigger selection, great prices and a rewards program as well and you can try their wigs on and have someone helping you through the process as well and Also they charge too much to put on some freak... read more

I've been to this establishment several time before, but TODAY was a very bad experience. This was the last straw. There was a disagreement between the cashier and a customer over a refund. As the customer was walking away...The cashier talking to another worker stated, " This is what happens when you sell to "MONKEY'S". After she realized what she said in front of other African-American customers she turned red with shame. Immediately left the store with no purchase. I always drive all the way from Lake St. Louis just to go to this beauty supply, when I can order online or drive to another one bc they are always so kind and always have a good variety of items available at decent prices. That’s already enough reason alone to shop there. But NGL, personally what really sets them apart even more for me is the fact that I can only assume they’re believers bc they always have Christian music playing while you shop. Regardless, it sets such a pleasant atmosphere.

We have been here so many times. This store quickly became my kids favorite place to shop. I just walked out and left a basket full of items for them to put away. I was in with my 3 daughters. The woman in there kept coming over telling me to stick with my kids when I was literally at the end of an isle and could see them all. They were hounding us like we were going to steal things or something. She told my kids not to touch the wigs they bought their Christmas money to buy a wig with. They were trying them on.
