We registered in advance for a riftbound pre release here, called ahead same day and were told that it starts at 430. We get there 5 minutes early and they gave our spot away and started early without us. Bad store, staff was unapologetic and didn't seem to care about wasting our time. Would avoid this place

Great spot to play local one piece tournaments. I really enjoyed it. Staff was really kind and welcoming.
