I recently switched home and commercial policies to Nationwide via Ditsler Insurance Inc. I have found Stuart Ditsler to be extraordinarily responsive and well-informed. In the past I have worked with insurance salespeople whose knowledge didn't go much beyond filling out application forms; Stuart is a knowledgeable professional with a solid understanding of the products he is offering.

I filed a calm on my roof for hail damage with nationwide, their adjuster came out looked at my roof only offered to fix half of the roof and after the $2000 deductible, they would only pay $67. The roofing company tried to tell the adjuster that they could not even find shingles to match with the half that nationwide wouldn't fix. I told nationwide I disagreed and said I will not go ahead with the claim. I switched insurances after the poor coverage with nationwide.
