We had a fantastic experience with Ditmas Park Renovations. We undertook a large renovation project in a duplex with full overhauls of 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a full building re-wiring, and many other cosmetic upgrades. Thomas helped us coordinate subcontractors for various other issues that popped up along the way that were outside of our initial scope of work (garage door motor and cable replacement etc.). I reached out to several contractors to bid on my kitchen job in Park Slope. Rob and Tom were by far the most competitively priced, honest and professional of the bunch. They are a small Mom & Pop shop, but they proved to be extremely efficient, and I can tell they truly care for their customers needs. They were always responsive when I had questions, and were flexible when we wanted to add additional things to the project (out of the scope of what we initially planned).
