WORST Company to work with ever. Long hold times and they can't help you with what your needing. AVOID getting a mortgage from them if at all possible. Very discouraging!!
Completely incompetent! DITECH will waste your time. Their employees lack basic knowledge of there own policies. Don't make a mistake and give this horrible company any of your business.
Horrible place to work. I had a supervisor hold me in a room for 45 minutes told me I had Hda, learning disability Law suit bad. Supervisors sick mean people on you, when it's not needed. They all jump on you cause you don't say something how they want it worded. I finally walked out
