Ditch Witch set the standard. Straight up. Big shout out to Jonathan Gonzalez for real customer service, not the fake kind. We had delays on our end that dragged a pickup into almost a week, and they never gave us a hard time once. They let us store our drill and equipment, helped unload with their forklift, and treated us with respect the whole way through. That’s rare in this industry. Most places make it your problem.
