Our machine needed repaired, so we took it to Ditch Witch in Maryville, Illinois. We have taken our machine to them for repair several times, over the past year for service. it was dropped off and the service writer called us and said it would be $10,000 to repair. We said fix it. After a week of hearing nothing, we called to see if it was ready, and they said no, and it will be an additional $5000. Not the amount we where quoted in the beginning. If I could rate them it would be a negative! The charge me over 8500$ yes 8,500 to put a new oil pan in and nothing else at all now that I paid it and got it back it is leaking hydraulic fluid everywhere. Tell me why they could not of fixed it while they had the whole motor out or told noted where the leak was?? Like come on. True scammers for sure. Wouldn't take my stuff to them again.

Go elsewhere. Ditch witch can't keep machines available to purchase. How do you think they will be able to fix the machines when they don't even have the parts to put whole machines together. I have tried to buy a sk1750 from them and they can't even get me one. It's a nightmare of a place to deal with. Go else where.
