I have been to a couple ditch witch facilities in the U.S an this location is by far the most helpful, honest an price efficient than the rest. Those guys should be proud, because even though I'm halfway across the country I'm still going through them on for the parts I need. Thank y'all for the best experience as an operator of many ditch witch pieces of equipment.
Bought a sk600 a month or so ago. Been an awesome machine getting in the hard to reach spots. Had a track come off and was having trouble getting it back on. Called in to see if we could get some guidance on how to release tension on this older model machine. Less than an hour later we had two technicians at the job site putting the track on. These guys rock! Every experience I’ve had with Ditch Witch of the Rockies has been top notch. These guys have excellent customer support and attitude. Thanks again!
