I stopped into Ditch Witch recently to check out some of their equipment and was seriously impressed. Gino, the general manager, went above and beyond to get a demo of the HX48AZ excavator scheduled around a project I had coming up — super accommodating and easy to work with. Ditch Witch of the Rockies, our VacTron refused to start after a 1800 mile journey across country. Service department cure our problem within minutes. I might add their rapid response was entirely due to their knowledge of their product.
