Terrible customer service out of their service department. Have sent equipment here several times only for it to come back work one time the go down again. Bought a pre owned trencher from them that they supposedly went through. Dumped the gear box shortly there after only to find out this this would be out of my pocket to fix..love the products service is extremely lacking. Dropped off another piece if equipment had it fixed went down again wanted me to pay another diagnostic fee after just getting it back then when I had a... read more
