Iv been doing business with Ditch witch of Louisiana for a few years now. And customer service is very big to me. I must say they have excellent customer service. Iv bought several pieces of equipment from them and service after the sale is great. Quality products every time. I rent from them frequently and I never have a problem getting what I need. I highly recommend them. Im just a small small business myself but im never made to feel that way.

I helped my uncle purchase a new stump cutter. Trent was great. He made the process seamless and was readily available for any questions. He took a deposit, placed the order with the manufacturer, and delivered the machine from their location to my uncle's near Longview, TX. We placed the order in late April and received the machine last week. I highly recommend Trent.
