This was my first time visiting Ditch Witch, and I had a great experience. They were very patient and took the time to explain everything in detail, without rushing me at all. They were helpful, easy to talk to, and made sure I understood everything before leaving. Definitely appreciate the support, especially being my first time.

Chuck and the Guys at Midwest are great to work with. Service and Parts are always on time and very helpful.
By far the greatest customer service I’ve ran into at this location Chuck and Levon in the parts department is awesome and Steve in the service department is a life saver
