I wasn’t asked to leave a review but I been dealing with Gerland from Ditch Witch Mid-states in Columbus, OH for the past two years. He never misses. He always goes out of his way and finds what I need in a timely matter. He always answers his phone. He has even answered after hours to ensure me he will get what I need ordered first thing next morning. He’s very knowledgeable on the parts for the drills and hydro excavators we own. Very pleased with the service and integrity of Ditch Witch Columbus. Within 3 days Matthew from the Burbank location had parts in hand and came out to our shop (2hr away) and fixed what needed fixed, new parts.. no fiddling but doing it the right way and took a good look at the machine to make sure everything else was up to standards for a new machine. I really appreciate that they swap any parts that are being an issue with brand new parts instead of trying to make what is there work for cheaper like some manufacturers do, ... read more

Good machine when it is running. Service is terrible. Zero communication. Been waiting on a return phone call for 2 weeks. They recently did some warranty work on a drive motor. The new part was bad from factory. Nobody will call with a plan to get it fixed left a few messages. Only sales department will return my calls. This is after already being down for 1 month. They need to hire more service technicians. It's very frustrating to say the least.
